CMMS Implementation

AMG has the in-house ability to design, develop, and implement the maintenance module of your CMMS solution.

Our team can supply turn key services for ERP and CMMS implementations. From the initial product evaluation and implementation planning studies, to the mapping of “as is” processes, creation of a “Statement of Requirements” and the derived business process flows, we ensure the company and its processes are supported by the new ERP.

We have experience in the design of test scripts that introduce your business to the new ERP and can assist in the design of key reports to support your maintenance business, including key performance indicators, planning and cost reporting. We can provide resources to represent or support your company or team members through the ERP implementation.

  • Provide project management skills for your program
  • Gather your business requirements and map them to standard functionality within the ERP
  • Design custom built extensions to provide any unique non-standard functionality if required
