AMG has had a relationship with the Pilbara Minerals – Maintenance Department for over 18 months.
Our team was engaged to carry out a base line maintenance audit. The results identified areas of improvement within their maintenance management processes, which if implemented would improve the site’s maintenance performance.
This audit resulted in Pilbara Minerals engaging our team to assist them in their journey to maintenance excellence.
The maintenance team recognised and supported the recommendations made within the audit, embraced those recommendations, so much so that their maintenance management improvement jumped over 20% in a little over a year (An excellent achievement).
Along with a full review and update of their PRONTO Maintenance module, the team also created work management processes and user based PRONTO training documentation for the operation.
As part of our continuing relationship with such a proactive company we have now been engaged to provide operational readiness services for their PRONTO Maintenance module at the Ngangaju Lithium Processing Facility.
