Red 5’s 100% owned King of the Hills Gold Mine is located on the Goldfields Highway 28km north of the town of Leonora in Western Australia.
AMG has been engaged by Red 5 Ltd at the KOTH project (King of the Hills) to assist in their operational readiness project.
One of our operational readiness teams is providing specialist support across the Maintenance and Supply Chain Departments. Engaged to assist in the creation of effective Supply Chain Management processes, procedures, and the creation of warehousing operations along with ensuring the CMMS Maintenance module AMG is fully committed to ensuring Red 5 obtains their goal of being operationally ready.
Along with the CMMS Maintenance module hierarchy configuration, AMG is developing a suite of Preventative Maintenance Strategies for their critical fixed plant equipment, supported by the creation of Bills of Material for these assets.
