AMG has been engaged by St Barbara’s Simberi Operations for their Asset Management Improvement Project. (AMIP)
One of our AMG Operational readiness teams is providing specialist support to ensure that their maintenance system (PRONTO) is configured to provide optimum performance for their desire to effectively manage their work effort.
Along with the PRONTO Maintenance module configuration, AMG are developing Work Management Process Flows, supported by Pronto Process driven training documentation for the operation.
Another key element to the program is the development of a suite of Preventative Maintenance Strategies for their critical Mobile and Fixed plant equipment, supported by the creation of Bills of Material for these assets.
Included in the AMIP is a review of Supply Chain processes and the development of recommendations to further improve their supply chain processes.
